How to make Butter from milk - Step by step pictures
Collect the cream layer on top of the boiled milk. Collect it for 4 - 5 weeks and store it in an airtight container in the freezer. You can also collect the cream on top of the homemade curd.
To separate butter from cream, take collected cream in a blender jar and add in some cold water.
Add cold water gradually till the butter separates out.
Butter is separated.
Strain out the butter. Press and squeeze out the buttermilk with hands.
Store the butter in refrigerator and use it whenever you want.
