How to move parking spots in Retail Tycoon 2

The Parking Spot is a type of Customer Transportation,

costs $0 and taking up 2x8 tiles of Asphalt.

They increase in prices $1,000 per each placed.

Example: if you placed 29th parking spot the price of said parking spot will be $29,000

Another Example: If you were to buy 7 parking spots at the same time, the total cost whould amount too $28,000.

Upgrades are where the fun begins in Retail Tycoon, as you can upgrade your sign, upgrade your parking lot, and upgrade your land, colors, all of it.

Sign Upgrades

There are 5 types of signs as of 7/6/21.

Shoddy Wooden Sign	Shoddy Wooden Sign	$100	This is the starting sign, and it costs $100. It really is 'shoddy,' as the sign isn't even upright!
Small Metal Sign	Small Metal Sign Translated title is "Your memes are trash".	$1000	This sign appears significantly better than the Wooden Sign, being properly upright and made of properly supported metal.
Pretty Stone Sign	Pretty Stone Sign	$5000	This sign is actually visually appealing, and costs 5x as much as the metal sign. This is when the signs actually become larger.
Large Noticeable Sign	Large Noticeable Sign, also known as the mini-billboard.	$10000	This sign is quite large and noticeable, and costs $10000. It does appear to be a mini billboard.
Huge Obnoxious Billboard	Good ol' Huge Obnoxious Billboard. ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE!	$20000	This can't really be called a sign anymore, it's quite literally a billboard... It costs $20000 and is MASSIVE.

Parking Lot Upgrades

There are also 5 Parking Upgrades available as of 7/6/21, listed below.

Dirt Patch	Dirt Patch in front of the starting building.	$1000	This is as "dirt" cheap as it gets (get it?) at $1000, and is the starting lot.	2 Spaces
Gravel Lot	Gravel Lot next to a Metal Sign and medium building.	$2500	This costs $2500, and is still not quite paved. Wait a little before getting this, as it can easily flood smaller stores. (uberdestroyer12 tried it.)	5 Spaces
Small Paved Lot	Small Paved Lot in front of a 4-square store.	$5000	Finally, some asphalt! This lot costs $5000, and is where the game gets good (in uberdestroyer12's opinion.)	7 Spaces
Medium Paved Lot	Medium Paved lot in front of a medium-large store layout.	$10000	Getting big now! This lot is $10000 to obtain, but at this point you should be fine! Your store is taking off now.	10 Spaces
Large Paved Lot	Large Paved lot in front of a big box store.	$25000	MAXIMUM CUSTOMERS!!! It doesn't get larger than this, and at a whopping $25000 for 22 spaces, you better hope it doesn't! This size is reserved for only big box stores!	22 Spaces

Land Upgrades

Oh boy this is an interesting one. You start off with a single 3x3 plot of land, and you can purchase up to 29 extra squares, all 3x3. The price varies from $1K to $5K per tile, depending on how far away they are from the starting tile. Figure below.
