As you proceed your journey through the mystic world of Lands Between, you will encounter different bosses in Elden Ring. These bosses can be related to the main story, optional, or even invading NPCs. Godskin Noble is an optional boss that you can encounter at several locations. Although his appearance is a bit similar to Jabba, the Hutt from Star Wars (except a tail), this optional boss can be a trouble to deal with. But defeating him multiple times can bring a lot of riches to ye Tarnished. So, here’s our guide on all the locations you can encounter Godskin Noble in Elden Ring.
Overall, you will encounter Godskin Noble at four different locations. For two of the boss fights, you will fight him alongside Godskin Apostle who is equally powerful. So, here are all the locations where you can find Godskin Noble. Spiritcaller’s Cave
Crumbling Farum Azula
Volcano Manor
Carian Study Hall

Elden Ring is the first Soulsborne game I've played. I love it - it's one of the best games I've ever played. It took me a while to get to grips with it, but I'd describe it as tough but fair - many of the enemies are difficult, but if you approach them carefully and with the right strategy they can be beaten in a way that feels challenging and fair. At this point, I've defeated Godrick and Renalla, and defeated - given I've been combing every cliff side, dungeon, and square inch of the map - 90% of all the boss enemies in Limgrave, Caelid, Liurnia, Altus Plateau, and Gelmir. Some bosses have given me real grief, but all of them, I'd say, played fair. Not so that fucking Godskin Noble (whom I have now beaten). His sword clips through the pillars. The game's remarkably good at detecting how and when your swings meet with obstacles. Not so this guy's giant thrusts, which launch about 8 metres through stone. The columns cause your lock on him to turn off. Inevitably, fighting him you spend a great deal of time looking back, *trying* to lock on, but because his body is partly hidden by a column, the camera then reverts to being behind the way you're facing, leaving you blind to whatever he's doing. That fucking rolling attack. It can be avoided if you trick him into rolling into a pillar at precisely the right angle - but then you need to move to avoid the slam he performs at the end of it, and (though I've now beaten him) never once was I able to discover how to time this to avoid either getting rolled into as he spotted me - or whether it's possible. Anyway, tremendous game, but that's the sole boss or bit of game design so far where I've spent an hour getting my ass kicked for reasons I thought were bullshit, as opposed to me not getting it. |
